Hi, I’m Doctor Gregory Apsey here in Warren, Michigan. I want to touch again a little bit about cosmetic dentistry and how dentistry can change the lives of our patients. Here we have a patient, I’m just showing his mouth because, it’s for privacy purposes. But he for years and years was unhappy with his smile and just didn’t take care of himself and pretty much didn’t smile. The only time he would smile would be here for photos. And that was so that we could show before and after. But he could function with his teeth as they were, but he really was unhappy with the way he was looking. So this is the before picture and this was after we were complete. And you know, when we can do something like this for a patient, this is what makes my day as a dentist. This is the sort of thing that I love to do.

I like to help people with anything from a single filling to helping them figure out their diet, and what’s going to help them to have a healthier mouth, to going this far, where we can take a patient from a debilitating smile like this, where he just pretty much doesn’t smile. And that defects a person, and you know, if a person goes through life and they never smile and never show their teeth, they’re hiding something all the time, having to be conscious of way they look. So, he was really happy with his end result. And I really enjoyed working with him and helping him out.
