Dental Patient Testimony of Friendly Dentist

Warren Dentist: Hello, I’m Doctor Greg Apsey here in Warren interviewing one of my patients about her experiences here at the office. I’m going to turn the camera around. Hi Barb.

Warren Dental Patient: Hi, Doctor Apsey.

Warren Dentist: How are you?

Warren Dental Patient: I’m fine, now.

Warren Dentist: What did you just have done?

Warren Dental Patient: I just had a cleaning done.

Warren Dentist: Oh, good. Well how long have you been here in my office?

Warren Dental Patient: Let’s see, I’ve been coming here since 2006.

Warren Dentist: Okay. So about 7 years.

Warren Dental Patient: Yep.

Warren Dentist: Nice. It’s been nice working with you.

Warren Dental Patient: It’s nice here. It’s really neat because when you come in the people are always so friendly.Really it’s such a friendly atmosphere here and everything. And so you just feel like home and really like a family. So I enjoy coming.

Warren Dentist: Well, great. So what keeps, so that’s what keeps you coming back? You’re pretty happy with the staff?

Warren Dental Patient: The staff and Dr. Apsey as well, because he’s very thorough. And he takes the time to answer the questions, which is really important. And that’s what I like, because a lot of dentists and doctors don’t do that. So I like that he doesn’t shove me out the door.

Warren Dentist: Well, all right. Well thank you so much. I really appreciate having you as my patient.

Warren Dental Patient: Well, thank you for having me, putting up with me.
