Warren Dentist: How are you today?

Warren Dental Patient: I’m great today and how are you?

Warren Dentist: Well I’m fine. So we were just wondering about how long it’s been since you started with us. About how many years ago was it that you started?

Warren Dental Patient: Well, I believe it’s been about 12 years.

Warren Dentist: 12 years already?

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah.

Warren Dentist: Well great. Well, I’m so glad to have you here as one of my patients, one, part of my dental family, here in my practice. You’re a wonderful lady and it’s always nice and a pleasure to see you on my schedule. So tell me, what are the things that you like about this office?

Warren Dental Patient: Well, I like the atmosphere. I like all the people here. I love your staff. Everybody’s so nice and friendly and kind. It’s always been a pleasure and a good experience coming here.

Warren Dentist: Oh that’s good to hear. Thank you so much. Do you want to talk a little bit about things you’ve had done, or not? Or, do you feel comfortable talking about that?

Warren Dental Patient: No, I’d rather pass on that.

Warren Dentist: Okay, that’s alright. Okay, but we’ve been with each other for a long time. We’ve been through a lot together. And I think it’s been a real good, for me, it’s been a good experience. And I’ve been…

Warren Dental Patient: But I do have to say this. The work that I have had done, I’m very pleased with, and Doctor Greg does excellent work. And he’s a perfectionist.

Warren Dentist: Well, that’s true. I am. That’s 1 of the problems. It’s challenging to be a perfectionist. Because, you want things to turn out exactly right. And sometimes it’s a little difficult to get there. But we work at it, right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah, and you always, make sure that, you know? I can’t speak for everyone else. But I know you always make sure that, I’m happy with what you’ve done. And if it’s comfortable, if there’s anything, bothering me. So you do excellent work.

Warren Dentist: Thank you.

Warren Dentist: Yep, I am, I am. We aim to please over here.
